In this lovely home in Ion we renovated and updated the kitchen. The special copper Farmers Sink became the highlight. We added a private porch off of the Master Suite and upgraded the downstairs powder room with a glass shower.

This home in Snee Farm needed an updated Kitchen. We installed new appliances and beautiful granite counter tops. We also added a bow window to the dining room and a new balustrade in the loft of the family room.

This home got a complete make over starting with a coffered ceiling in the formal living room. The new custom bookcases surrounding the fireplace became a focal point in the room. Then we remodeled the kitchen with all new appliances, granite counters and a beautiful Italian tiled backsplash behind the stove top. The renovated bow window in the eating area and updated screen porch makes this home a truly remarkable place to live.

In this home, we completely renovated the kitchen and family area into one large Great Room that is perfect for entertaining. Then we came back two years later and built an outdoor kitchen and pool house.

This Dunes West home had a dark and unused screen porch which we completely closed in and made into a light and beautiful area. The graceful columns divide this family room from the main living room and the wet bar makes it a lovely place to entertain.
